3 Rs Program
Responsibility, Respect, Relationships! - Youth Grades 5, 6 & 7
Rearing, Respect, Relationships! - Parents/Guardians

You asked, we listened, and now we are ready to respond!  A brand new family course called the 3Rs is ready to launch the pilot program on May 7, 2010.  This is a one of a kind parenting course designed by Mystic Mountain Training Center’s teachers and counselors.  It will have separate sessions for children and their parents/guardians and then combine the two for an equestrian adventure in learning together.  Rearing, Respect, and Relationships, is the program parents have been pleading for.  It is an in-depth six weeks of interactive discussion focusing on a different topic each week.  Responsibility, Respect,  and Relationships, is the child focused portion of this course.  Here middle school students in grades 5,6, and 7 will explore, through fun and very interactive games and activities, what it means to be a responsible and respectful member of their family.  Both groups will then combine for an hour of hands-on horse activities where the concepts they have just explored in their respective classes will be practiced.  For those afraid of the very thought of getting up on a horse to ride, have no fear because these activities will all happen with your feet firmly planted on the ground!

Oh, and did we mention that each week’s session will begin with a nutritionally sound, easy to prepare dinner designed around the busy parent’s schedule and picky eaters?  This is a one of a kind six week course that you will not want to miss!  Registration is now being accepted for classes beginning in May 7, 2010.  For more information contact us at 814-796-2203 or at deniseolczak@mysticmtc.com and we will be happy to answer your questions
