| Mike Mitchell – President
Mike is a graduate of Penn State Behrend College with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and is currently employed as an engineer with a company in Corry. Mike has been a part of Mystic Mountain since its first meeting in 2001, or as he says "I was invited to be invovled when this was only a dream." He is an NRA certified rifle instructor. For several summers Mike was able to arrange his vacation time to coincide with our summer camp dates. In past years he headed up the summer shooting sports program and designed and implemented several different survival skills programs. Although Mike is the father of two daughters, he is an excellent teacher that enjoys mentoring the teen boys in the leadership skills program. His favorite verse is Acts 20:24.

Denise Olczak – Executive Director and Secretary
Denise is a graduate of Mercyhurst College with a degree in Environmental Education. She has held positions with Presque Isle State Park, Asbury Woods Nature Center, the PA Department of Education and the US Department of Energy. For several years she served on a local School Board and at one point was president of the Pennsylvania Association of Environmental Educators. For over ten years she worked beside her husband in their small business doing all of the public relations and bookkeeping. When Denise decided to home school their boys, she began an active home school association. Denise is a certified equestrian instructor and has been giving private lessons for over 10 years while managing the couple’s horse breeding business. She has been director of Mystic Mountain Training Center since 2001.

| Matthew Maynard |

| Matthew Maynard - Vice President
Matthew has worked at Troyer Farms as a warehouse assistant, Union City Chair learning various aspects of the business, and is now self employed as an independent operator distributing bread for Stroehmann Bakeries. He is highly ambitious and motivated, and is the type of person that succeeds at anything he puts his mind to, which makes him a valuable asset to the Mystic Mountain Team.

Dennis Cholak - Treasurer
Dennis was born and raised in Meadville, PA, where he attended high school, then went on to Davidson College. He is an accountant who has successfully run his own accounting business for the past 23 years. He is also part owner of Movies at Meadville and Valenza Restaurant. He is a loving husband, father of two kids, and has a passion for fundraising. We are proud to have Dennis as part of the Mystic Mountain team.

| Mary Ann Lindenberger |

| Mary Ann Lindenberger – Member At Large
Mary Ann is an NRA Senior Training Counselor and was director of MMTC’s shooting sports program when it began in 2001. For 15 years she served as an archery and firearms instructor to the Boy Scouts summer camp program for instructors. Prior to her retirement, she was firearms manager for Dick’s Sporting Goods Store. She has conducted training seminars for all of the adult instructors of Mystic Mountain for certification as NRA instructors. Mary Ann has written and received many grants from the NRA to purchase equipment for both the air rifle and the archery program, along with construction of a rifle range and classroom building. As a young at heart senior citizen, Mary Ann brings to the table a wealth of knowledge on intergenerational issues. She has been a part of the Board since its early planning stages.

Jessica Maynard – Member At Large and Administrative Assistant
Jess is a business administration graduate of Mercyhurst College. She has worked in management positions for several different companies in Erie County. She heads up the worship team for all training events and has recently taken over the position of Administrative Assistant at the Mystic Mountain office. Jess is a member of the Friday night summer food service team at MMTC. Jess is also a certified equestrian instructor. As a professional young woman in her late 20’s, Jess has been an active part of the Board from the very beginning, doing whatever it took to get us where we needed to go.

Bill Olczak – Member at Large and Bookkeeper
Bill is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in metallurgy. After working for ten years as a lab tech and foundry supervisor at Erie Malleable Iron Company, the Olczak’s became small business owners in Edinboro. For the past 15 years Bill has managed all aspects of this business along with consulting for several other local businesses. Bill recently began a new business venture in Erie. He has been the director of the summer camp’s water sports program of canoeing and kayaking since 2002. Bill is the director of all construction projects from riding arenas to classroom buildings. Nearly 25 years ago he designed and constructed the couple’s passive solar house. Bill is an NRA certified shooting sports instructor. He also assists Denise with many aspects of the equestrian program.
